Our first meeting was brought about with our need to have the rocks cleaned. After you did that cleaning of both of our Plymouth ponds 3 years ago we remarked at the time that the “water had never been cleaner,” When our pump motor shut down a few months ago your hydraulic background saved us hundreds of dollars.  The trees and shrubs in our 7 garden areas that you mulched so carefully seldom have looked better.

Jeff did a fantastic job modernizing the existing water feature in our backyard. He changed it from a dated cement-looking waterfall to a stunning natural environment with beautiful boulders and lush plantings. While we absolutely love the final product, the best part about the experience was Jeff’s work ethic. He communicates well and frequently, he doesn’t stop until he gets it “just right” – and he is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We would recommend him without reservation.

Jeff Graupmann is a very patient man. Finding pond leaks is a difficult job. That is why I hired Jeff to find and fix my leak. Finding leaks is difficult, but his patience paid off. After trying several different things, he finally found the problem. A critter of some sort burrowed down and chewed a 3”+ hole in the liner by the falls area. Jeff fixed it and it worked great.
